Delicious, market fresh food, cooked in an open kitchen by a very nice, ambitious chef. The menu changes daily. It's a super small restaurant with no more than 25 seats. The wine list is completely reasonable and a three course meal for 26 euro. The Crème brûlée is one of the best i've ever had in paris. The secret is the salted butter crust.
